Location

Piazza San Cosimato is located in the Trastevere district, between Via Roma Libera and Via Luciano Manara.This square takes its name from the Church of San Cosimato, which has existed here since the 10th century.

From the 1980s of the 19th century, the so-called San Cosimato neighborhood was born in this area, which literally revolutionized the square, while leaving its characteristic triangular shape and large dimensions, but giving rise to five or six-storey buildings around it.
