a country village aside San Miniato, a small town in the province of Pisa, placed in a strategic position near  Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano.
The house is placed in a beautiful panoramic position, on the top of a hill from which we can  dominate the lower Arno valley, along the ancient Via Francigena. The house develops on three floors, and it is composed at the ground floor by bathroom, small laundry, multipurpose room; at  the first floor by big kitchen and living room; at the second floor by two bedrooms, on with WC. Both bedrooms has air conditioning, and in all windows we have recently installed insect screens. The house had been restructured about 10 years ago in the typical rustic tuscan style, with original terracotta floor, and wooden beam on the ceilings.
