The property is fenced with an electric entrance gate and the terrain consists mainly of grassland and some olive and fruit trees. The pool can be lit so it can also be used in the evenings.



Location

The house is situated 5 km from Montebuono, 5km from Calvi dell'Umbria, and 12 km from Magliano Sabina, which exits onto the main A1 motorway (Rome- Firenze). The nearest railway station is 15 km, with a direct line to Rome and Fiumicino airport (1 hour), Orvieto (1 hour)



The Sabina region is known as the' natural jewel' north of Rome. This beautiful tranquil area, with no industry, has a good infrastructure and perfect connections by train and car to Rome and the airports. The region boasts many picturesque towns and villages, including Calvi dell'Umbria, Fianello, Collevecchio, Stroncone, Tarano and many more.



In the vicinity you will also find Lago Bolsena, the ski resort of Monte Terminillo, and the water falls of Marmore. Many of the important cultural cities of Tuscany and Umbria are also within easy reach, e.g. Florence, Siena, Orvieto, Spoleto, Perugia, Arezzo, Terni.
