In total the house offers: a large fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living room, four double bedrooms (each one with TV), five toilets and a total residential surface of 300 square metres. The terraces, all with showers and sun beds, cover a surface of 200 square metres.



A large garage that can host two cars, while additional spaces around the house has been cleared to host more vehicles, if necessary. Several solar boilers and the thermo-fireplace supply the house with hot water, in summer as in winter, drastically reducing the gas consumption. The swimming-pool and the bar merely add to the serenity of the garden

The antique geologic dynamism and a warm clime supported the growth of large woods and the lives of a wide variety of unique plants and flowers (Limonium inarimense Guss, for example, was discovered on Ischia in the 19th century and has never been found anywhere else). The numerous olive, lemon and orange trees are pure reflection of the Mediterranean influence while wild orchids, aloe plants and old palms confer an exotic atmosphere to an isle only geographically far from the tropics.
