The villa is surrounded by nature in a quite and peaceful location. The property forms part of a residence of about 15 houses, on a hill not far from the center of Porto Pozzo and  not far from the marina and the beach (about 600 mt only).



Porto Pozzo Port is not very big, but you can find everything there, food shops, restaurants and pizzerias. In Summer time they also have a pharmacy open.
Palau and Santa Teresa di Gallura are close (less then 10 km) and in between  the best beaches in the Mediterranean sea are to be found.



The villa has a floor area of about 80 m2.



The villa has a veranda at the front with views of Porto Pozzo and beaches.



There is  kitchen and the lounge together, all fully furnished with high quality furniture (all made in Italy), the room has a large window and another little veranda outside.



There is a double bedroom with balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe.



The bathroom is very nice with traditional hand made furniture.



The property is in excellent condition.



Outside the house there is a carport for a car or a small boat.

Porto Pozzo, Santa Teresa di Gallura (OT) about 12 km  from Costa Smeralda, less then 35 km  from the city of Olbia (airport and marina).
