Old stone semi-detached farmhouse in Maremma, that has been carefully restored. It is situated in the municipality of Scansano in an area with soft hills, used for the main part for olive groves and vineyards because of its mild climate. We are almost at the boundary with the municipality of Magliano in Tuscany, 20 minutes from the harbour of Talamone and 30 minutes from the Argentario beach.



The two-family farmhouse is situated in a tiny village composed of a few cottages, some of them are inhabited all year round and others are used for holidays. The quiet of the countryside is combined to the security of having neighbours.



The farmhouse (about 180 sqm and includes a veranda of about 25 sqm) spreads out on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large veranda, the living room with fireplace, the kitchen with a pantry and a small bathroom. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the attic there is a large storage area of about 60m2 accessed via astaircase and trap door.



The property includes land of about 3500 sqm which includes the garden of 500m2 that is entirely fenced and a swimming pool could easily be built. There is also the possibility to rebuild a small annex of 10 sqm to provide additional accommodation.
